How to Lose 11 Pounds of Fat in 7 Days!

January 7th, 2008

"I have been following The AM-PM Fat Loss Discovery. I have been off sugar [including the hidden or invisible sugars noted in the eBook] for two weeks, off Lipitor for 1 month and blood pressure meds for 10 days and my BP has been 117/70!!!!! I lost 11 lbs the first week! The stevia and SerotoninFX [discussed in the AM-PM Fat Loss Discovery eBook] are really helpful.  My sister says I look brighter in my face and eyes. I am hopeful
again. I must admit I am feeling much better."

People’s Chemist Comment: Many are probably asking, "Is it healthy for Anne to lose so much so fast?"

In this case yes! She was on BLOOD PRESSURE MEDS.  These meds are FAT FERTILIZER.
They would make a starving person fat. Thus, getting off of them and adhering to the program, her body was shedding it faster than usual - because she gained it faster than usual.

There are plenty of other drugs that cause obesity. I call this DRUG INDUCED OBESITY. They are outlined in THE AM-PM FAT LOSS DISCOVERY.

You see, following the habits outlined in THE AM-PM Fat Loss Discovery allows people to not only lose fat but also get rid of the symptoms associated with fat, like HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE!

    Hello Shane,
I heard your interview with Bruce Wiseman of CCHR, thought that was great and from there went to your website where I purchased your health education course. I have read the AM PM fat loss pdf-which was very simply put and totally informative. I realised where I have had success in the past I was unwittingly doing one or more of the ten habits. Good to know them all now!
Anyway, I have some short questions that I would appreciate if you could answer:
    1. Which NuNaturals stevia product should I buy? There seem so many to choose from: Powdered, liquid, concentrated or even NEW Stevia? see http://www.nunaturals.com/products/stevia.html.
    2. Is supermarket sunflower oil a good or bad fat?
    3. Does it matter how long I eat before exercising?
    4. Are there any fruits you recommend to eat?
    5. Does eating fruit or nuts between meals count as snacking?
    6. I spend time in France and here they recommend a glass of red wine after a meal to aid digestion. Is that a good thing or not?
    6. How does cheese fit into the diet? Is it a good or bad fat?
Really looking forward to your answers. Keep up the good work!
    Sincerely,
    Steve Tayles (British)

    Thank you for your comments.

    Use NuStevia by NuNaturals.

The only oils I recommend are olive oil, canola oil and coconut oil.

Just follow the eating frequency guide in The AM- PM Fat Loss Discovery.

I don’t recommend any fruit during a fat loss protocol.

If you HAVE to snack, eat seeds and nuts. It does count as snacking and I don’t recommend it during a fat loss protocol.

Drinking wine does not confer any health benefits.  All the studies that say otherwise are filled with statistical contortionism and checkbook science.  Though, this didnt stop me from drinking 4-glasses last night.

I’m a fan of organic cheese. It is fine when adhering to The AM-PM Fat Loss Discovery.

  3. Me!

Canola oil is NOT good for you!!!

Canola is a great oil. It’ss a great source of omega-3. Chemistry analysis via HPLC (and others) proves it.

    Hi Shane,

I have to say that I totally believe in you as a credible scientist. I took one simple advice from you and that is to limit my sugar intake and I lost 15 kilograms in a matter of 3 months! I was 106kg and now I am 91kg (I am 190cm tall and so I guess I’m at a better bodyweight now.) I will certainely purchase your PDF books - all of them! Even though I’m only 30 years old, I was recently diagnosed with hypertension. Been on medication for 2 months now (beta blockers, diuretics and calcium blockers.) I am not happy with the fact of having to use hypertension medications for the rest of my life. And I know it is not healthy to stop medications without consulting the doctor. I know hawthorn is good but I know also that it takes time to start giving effect. What do you recommend Shane? Please advice and keep up the great job ma man!

    Hi Shane,

I have just found your website and saw the pictures of your beautiful wife and I really want to look like that. I crashed dieted all my teens and again in my twenties and had to work out two hours a day 4-5 times a week to maintain my figure. I got pregnant twice in two years and just cannot get the weight off. Always starving (I am nursing) and I don’t seem to be healthy. My skin is very dry, hair dry and thin, etc. I am afraid that I am going to get diabetes because of this huge amount of weight and my constant thirst and constant urination.

Can I use your product while nursing? If not do you have any other advice for a nursing Mom. Believe it or not, I had to stop working out for a month due to a family members’ medical emergency and I GAINED eight pounds while nursing. I gain huge amounts of weight easily in a very short time.

    Thank you,
    Carrie

I trust that when you speak of coconut oil, you are referring to UNrefined, extra-virgin (or virgin), expeller pressed coconut oil found in health food stores? It is my understanding that the refined coconut oil (the ones that got banned from movie theatre popcorn)is a “bad fat” because all of the good nutrients are robbed in the refining process. The UNrefined coconut oil actually helps to speed up metabolism and can help you lose weight.

Can a person who is 69 years old, in good health, and normal weight but has lots of belly fat and flabby thighs use your program to get rid of belly fat. I do arobics and some weight training but nothing seems to help

I heard there was a supplement that was made by health-fx called “the drip” that was for athletes, specifically. Is this product still made and how do I use it?
    Best,
    Shaun
