New Study - Lowering Cholesterol with Drugs Shows NO Benefit ALL Risk
All the drug rep’s are probably in a frenzy over this one…I wonder what happens when one realizes that all their efforts to sell drugs - under the guise of health - prove unworthy by scientific method? Do they resort to swallowing Lunesta (Lunatic-esta) to sleep? Do they consider changing careers for something more respectable like cleaning bathrooms? No. They invent more propaganda and hype to bury science. Read it below before it gets covered in an avalanche of spin and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) advertising.
"The long-awaited results of a trial of Zetia, a cholesterol-lowering drug prescribed to about a million Americans, shows the drug confers no medical benefit to users." - HealthDay News, Yahoo
This comes from a "new study" but it shows an old fact: Cholesterol has nothing to do with heart disease and cholesterol lowering drugs are worthless.
"We have no evidence that taking a cholesterol-lowering medication like a statin will prevent them [people like you] from getting heart disease," - Elizabeth Nabel, director of the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute
Learn the real facts about cholesterol and heart disease at my Free Learning section. Read 4 Ways to Avoid a Heart Attack and Hidden Danger of Cholesterol Lowering Drugs. The underlying theme here is that high cholesterol does not mean you are sick, it means you are HUMAN! As we age, it NATURALLY rises and those populations who have the highest levels (greater than 300) live longest (compared to people with 170 or less).

Do you think that the chemicals used in the “chelation” process to “cleanse” arteries is effective or just another hype?
Thanks for your comments
