Pre-Workout Strength Secret from World-Renowned Coach and Author
"I was introduced to Sarsa by an old time circus strong man many years ago. He traveled to South America and some natives gave him some powdered sarsaparilla to enhance his peak strength on any given day. They used it for enhanced sex performance on wedding days.
Pick up some Sarsaparilla capsules. Empty a capsule under your tongue about 30 minutes before you do a workout. It’s a bitter tasting powder but it will boost serum testosterone for a couple of hours.
We’ve been using it for years with no ill side effects. If you like to do flat benches….you can greatly improve your long term progress by doing two specific warmup movements before beginning the flat bench.
First…do a high rep, low weight set of seated lat pulls (Pull to the chest..not to the back of the neck) of approx. 20 reps.
The weight isn’t important as long as 20 reps are completed. Then do a set of hammer curls (palms facing the legs from beginning to end.). Use around
25 pound DBs. Just do one set of reps to failure. Wait about 3 to 4 minutes and begin your flat bench routine.
This is the warmup we use for Tina Rinehart, our World record holder. You’ll notice the benches feel much lighter as you warm up. Lemme know how it works for you. The brachialis muscles in between the biceps and the triceps are responsible for stabilizing the ascent of the flat bench. Hammer curls isolate this muscle group.
Author Note: Bob is 64 years young. He recently entered a bicycle race for a charity. Over 100 entered. He came in 8th over all! He was interviewed on a local TV station.
