Shane, I like the before and after pics of you and others. I’d love to look like the after pics. The problem is — instead of being overweight, I’m way underweight.
Years ago, I went vegetarian and my weight dropped from 150 (which was optimal) to 120. I gave up being a vegetarian but my weight is 125-130 and I can’t seem to gain anymore. As a result I feel like I’m operating on one cylinder all the time. No stamina, no reserves of energy, generally sluggish, but also nervous and jumpy. I think the problem may be hormonal. Can you help?

Yes. If you want to put on about 20 to 50 more pounds it will require a new eating plan. This can be customized along with a supplement plan that boosts your hormones.

sit on the butt and eat like a pig for a whole winter and gain 30 lbs. Then start training in the spring and don’t stop for the next two years to drop half that weight for a net gain of 15 lbs muscle. repeat the process again for a total gain of 30lbs muscle mass. although it sounds like i’m joking, this is how i really got from 175lbs during my lean bike racing days to a solid 205lbs (took 5 years). I find that being a larger person commands more respect in my career (management). Now that contenders think twice before giving lip, it makes my personal life easier too. People really are just primitive apes when you get down to it. I had many of the same problems you stated (you’re probably jittery b/c your body is having a hard time keeping warm), and all were solved with the larger mass… only problem was that i got stretch marks on my thighs from gaining weight too fast. Appearantly, I’m a little too good at piggin out

You had a supplement for bone health. Please send where I can order. I lost the web-site. Thanks
