Shane,
Great stuff the reality TV. Eager to see more. On the red bull alternative you mentioned 500 mg of guarana and 1/4 tsp of Taurene but how much stevia? I use the liquid stevia. Also, how much pelligrino/sparkling water, I hate a dilluted drink. I am loving your newsletters, i bought the 90 Fat Loss program and started it 4/1/08 and look forward to losing inches. Before starting I cut my sugare intake to less then 20gr a day. Now I am going to eliminate it while on the program. Keep it coming! Would love to update you with my progress.

Use the stevia based on your taste preference. Thanks for the props on my newsletter. Glad you’re liking it! And yes, keep us posted on your progress with the HIT program. Way to take charge!

I’ve been using some L-phenylalanine since I heard it gives pep and energy. That is in Red Bull and is also in the “Blast” powdered drink mix sold by Life Extentsion Foundation (LEF). A Blast drink costs about 50 cents. One may also buy plain phenylalanin caps and take them with H2O - the caps only cost about 7 cents each from Vitacost. I liked using Red Bull & felt it gave the most energy. Taking the phenylalanine alone helps, but it needs something else added also - maybe taurine. I’ll mix-up some of your energy drink (sans soda water) but suspect it’s gonna need 500 mg of L-phenylalanine. Great Site you got here!

Can you print out the recipe as I am having trouble getting the video to play since I am on dial up. Thanks.

Hey People, this is a great natural alternative to Red Bull, but please use some other brand of sparkling water than San Pelligrino. Big bad Nestle Corporation owns them, and if you don’t know their track record for causing infant death in developing countries, check it out at http://www.babymilkaction.org/pages/boycott.html. Join the people who are not only against Big Pharma, but who are against Big Business operating unethically, period, and are willing to put their money where their mouth is. Thanks for listening.

What do you think of Life Extension’s Blast product? I took it for some time (years) to get me through the work day, but stopped after my doctor put me on stress leave (due to other things) as I’d heard that products such as these wear out your adrenals. I have bottles and bottles of it left. I’m anxious to try your drink, though. Sounds most interesting!

Shane,
Glad you are making videos now. I’d much rather watch a 3 to 5 min video than read a bunch of copy. Thanks for providing such good content too. Keep hammering away at the truth! Bring your wife back in future videos!

I do not have broad band so could not listen to your “video”. Since I have not intention of purchasing broad band I feel upset that I cannot get the information for myself and my family.
Can you make it available by print?

Thanks for the recipe.
Around 500mg of guarana powder
500mg of taurine powder
To taste stevia powder
500mg is about a 1/4 teaspoon
Put this in some good water stir or shake and drink.

For those broadband holdouts in this blog community who say they can’t afford high-speed internet so as to be able to watch PC reality TV, listen up. I use the AT&T $10 broadband internet and it works great. I’m able to stream video in real time, do live video conferencing, etc. And it’s cheaper than their dial up service. The thing is, most people don’t know they can get it for $10. AT&T is required by the FCC to offer the basic $10 broadband but they don’t want people to find out about it.
The broadband modem is included in the offer by the way. They may bill you $50 but they will deduct it from the next bill so you don’t really have to fork out cash.
The requirements are that you have AT&T basic phone service to your home, and not have previously used their broadband service in the last 12 months. Here’s some links for info:

Many people have had success just calling AT&T customer service and asking for the $10 broadband offer and they get hooked up.
I think their basic dial up service is $12.95. You can get broadband for $2.95 less! So for anyone in the AT&T coverage area, there’s no longer an excuse for putting up with ten minute page downloads and no PC Reality TV.
