I’m particularly intersted in your mom’s success. I’m 52 and need to lose fat and gain muscle. I’ve been drinking the whey protein and taking the FX supplements and excercising 3 days/week at Curves but haven’t had the great success of your mom. Can you give me her daily regimen, i.e., when and what does she eat; when to drink whey drink? Do you eat before breakfast or after workout? I’m trying but need more help please

Good questions Reba. First, what is your body fat %? Without knowing this, we are in the dark and can’t offer the exact answers. As you are seeing, there is more to it than just exercising and swallowing pills. You need ALL the HABITS. Reba, You need to start taking some firmer action. If you didnt get the CD, there was an error on our part and you should have called us the day you got your package. Call 970.375.2266 to get your CD sent to you ASAP! This will ensure that you lose 1 to 5 lbs per week. But without knowing your body fat %, we can’t help.

I am so happy for your Mom! My husband, who was once skeptical of Shane and his program, (esp when it came to “if it tastes sweet spit it out”)was reading the blog and watching PCRealityTV one day last week.
