Defy Aging DNA The Easy Way
At 65 years old, most of your friends will be sitting idle in an old-folks home, counting the weeks by the number of times they play bingo – and measuring their health (or lack of) by the handful of pills they swallow. But not you. If you learn how to boost one single enzyme in your body, you can defy aging the easy way. You’ll be traveling the world, parachuting for the first time, dancing the night away with your wife, or perhaps starting a new, highly profitable business. That enzyme is known as telomerase.
Telomerase acts as a shield for your genetic blue print – DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid). It protects it from getting shorter and older. The more you have, the healthier and stronger you are.
One of the best ways to preserve or enhance telomerase production – and functional lifespan – is to limit food consumption to only three meals per day. This helps to optimize our "hormonal intelligence" which in turn preserves the enzymes that shield DNA from being shortened and speeding up your expiration date. Few people are leveraging this age defying secret because they are always shoving something into their mouth. You can stop this age accelerating action with one simple eating habit.
The trick to minimizing meals and cravings is to eat those foods that are most satisfying, while at the same time, have a minor effect on the output of our fat storing hormone known as insulin. One of the most effective foods is whey isolate.
Its beneficial role on controlling hunger and the subsequent anti-cancer properties reflects this. Researcher writing for Advanced in Food and Nutrition Science write that, “Cell culture studies have demonstrated that whey protein or whey protein components selectively inhibit cancer cell growth. Whey protein, cultured with the oestrogen-responsive human breast cancer cell line and a prostate cancer cell line, significantly reduces cell growth." Other “real-natural” foods that help slow the aging process are avocados, grass fed beef, coconut oil, seeds, nuts and eggs.

Hi I stumbled your site yesterday and have been reading a lot, commented a few times. Pretty interesting stuff.
I am about 60 lbs overweight, with no issues of health (that is, I don’t have any of the common health problems associated with obesity, such as sleep apnea or diabetes. I’m just fat, but otherwise healthy)
I have eaten whole foods for my whole life: food that I fix at home, from whole ingredients. Except, I do love popcorn (3x a month, maybe) and a few times a week, I have something sweet (never donuts! blch…but brownies? choc chip cookies? yeah, infrequently)
Besides your listed “grass fed beef, whey isoalte, avocado, seeds, nuts and coconut oil” what should my food intake consist of?
thanks

Hi, First timer here. type 2 diabetic.not gonna lie, i have been non-compliant and released by my long time Dr.
It’s almost like a divorce. Due to my non-compliance, i am having difficulty getting another Dr. to take me on. I am currently on Lantis. It actually scared me that my Dr dropped me. It is my fault, but no less frightening. That’s how i found the site, I am not looking for medical advice, rather any hints or suggestions from anyone reading this. I just startedworking out two weeks ago and have been eating less. Any suggestions would be appreciated, as i see my present situation as dire. Thanks.

Awesome. Sorry such a late response to your original post. Hope this gets to you. So, so proud of you for the working out! Your situation may be dire, but NOT hopeless. You always have hope and we are always redeemable, dietwise and healthwise! Keep up the working out. You didn’t get where you are overnight and you won’t change it overnight. I had serious health challenges and have kept at it myself. When I look back and see where I was 10 years ago and where I am now, I am amazed. YOU have the power to amaze yourself every day. CONGRATS to making changes and working out. Make healthy choices and replacements every day. One day you will look down at your body and your daily diet and it will become completely different from the past. Smile at yourself daiy for the job well done. YOU CAN DO IT!! Become your own biggest cheerleader, so to speak and keep at it.
