This came right after a rigid 8 weeks on The AM-PM Fat Loss Discovery. The important note here is that she went into this cycle VERY lean and while on it, was supplementing with natural insulin mimics and lifting heavy weights. so you are saying she used natural insulin, you are referring to her eating 5 meals a day? How long should one do this? Should it be only for a short period or what is the time frame?

This was a bulking cycle she did for about two weeks, three weeks from show time. She offset the fat building effects with insulin mimics and natural phosphorylating agents (long story). If she was using “natural” insulin, she would be fat and on her way to being a type II diabetic. It’s a huge no-no.
