My husband and I currently live in our fifth wheel trailer and it’s great to be able to do this workout inside without a lot of jumping around in a confined space. Thanks so much for everything you both do to help others with their health.

I think I missed something…do you do each of the 5 exercises for 2 minutes each with 1 minute of rest in between?

What I showed takes about 4 minutes. Do it over 4 times and you will be done in about 16 minutes. If you need a break take one, if not do it without rest for a higher intensity workout.
