Why don’t you answer my email?

To all our top fans, we love you and care about you more than you know; that’s why we do what we do. Please understand that we get hammered with emails daily and cannot respond to everyone. We do appreciate you and are constantly working toward improving our service and letting you in on the latest developments and information as we find out about it.

I’ve sent a message, but all I get back is an automatic response. Why is that?

If you send spam, hate mail or suffer from “The Whine Flu” and complain too much, you will be deleted from our customer database so that we can save time for our top fans who are actively living young and taking responsibility for their own health.

The auto-responder was designed to help you get fast answers and prevent us from repeating ourselves 139 times per day. Please read it. Chances are, you will find your question answered on the autoresponder, here in the FAQs, in Shane’s books and CDs or already covered by a blog article or PC Reality TV ( All of these resources are available for your continuing education. Again, please understand that we bombarded with emails and we simply cannot respond to everyone.

I have a personal medical condition. Can I get Shane’s advice?

We cannot respond to emails regarding personal medical conditions, but it is very likely that your answers are found in Shane’s book, Over-The-Counter Natural Cures.

My order hasn’t arrived, how will I know when it ships?

Please understand that it takes 5-7 business days to receive orders within USA. We send out TRACKING numbers the day after an order is placed. If you don’t have a tracking number, something is wrong. Check your spam folder. If still no tracking, call us at (505) 349-5904 and we will sort it out. When you call, have your order number handy, if you do not reach someone, leave a detailed message with your order number. We will check the messages and follow-up on all of them to sort it out. We will do whatever is necessary to fix the issue on this end. But you need to communicate and sometimes that means leaving a message.

My product arrived damaged, what should I do?

This rarely occurs, but it does happen. If you have damaged product, we will send you a replacement. Email us your receipt and explanation of what happened to [email protected]

Why is it so expensive to ship to Hawaii, it’s still in the USA isn’t it?

Yes, it is still in the USA, but Hawaii is almost in the middle of the Pacific Ocean and by now you may have realized that EVERYTHING in Hawaii is more expensive, because just about EVERYTHING has to be flown or shipped in, except for maybe pineapples, coconuts and leis. The upside is… You live in Hawaii!

  2. The minimum order for international delivery is $200.

For Canada Only: Orders must be limited to a less than 90-day supply. This is a limit imposed by Health Canada, not TPC. There is no guarantee there will not be any issues or unannounced changes, since Canada has had such in the past. Only time will tell, but due to strong demand we are willing to try shipping to our northern neighbors again.

Our Support Staff will follow up with the order to ensure it ships to you. The minimum order for international shipping is $200 of product. International shipping charges are usually around $25-75, which you will have to pay for separately.

Shipping charges depend on weight and many other variables, none of which we are in direct control of and there is no free shipping to foreign countries. International orders may take 18-32 business days to arrive to you. We do not know why this is; this is the information we are given by the shipping companies. Also, since customs regulations vary in every country, additional fees (customs duties, VAT, etc), depending on your country’s requirements, may still need to be paid before being released by customs to you.

This, unfortunately, is the nature of the beast; complain to your local, elected officials if you want to change it; this is not something we are in control of so please do not send us nasty grams about this.

We strive to find better, hassle-free, low-cost shipping methods continuously. There is a third option: Move to Hawaii. Compared to where you live, shipping to Hawaii is less expensive and the weather is probably a lot nicer; you’ll get more sunshine.

I entered my product or discount code, but it doesn’t seem to be working, what should I do?

Be aware that the discount on specific orders of 3 or more is automatic. You will notice the numbers in the cart change, when you add 3 or more of those products. Watch the magic happen!

If they don’t change or if you do have a discount code and it is not working and you are sure the code has not expired, then email us at [email protected]. Be aware that most discount codes do have an expiration date which would have been in the email that contained the code.

What is your refund policy?

We owe it to you to give you a no-questions asked, no lose guarantee! After all, the entire supplement and weight loss industry is FULL of scams and shams. And I want you to know that The Peoples is different. I want you to know that our knowledgeable staff is here to work with you, not scam you. I want you to know that we are here to help make sure you are using the products correctly, as intended, along with healthy lifestyle habits. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your TPC products, send the remaining product back within 30 days for a refund (minus 20% for handling fees). No questions asked; well, maybe one or two, but we’ll still give you a refund.
