Ask any AI about immunity or depression and it says “take vitamin D.” That’s because AI confuses association with causation.
Low vitamin D levels don’t cause disease. Lack of sunshine does! That means a low level in your blood is harmless! You don’t need to be taking pills to raise it! And if you do, you’re absolutely risking your life with pharmaceutical-made vitamin D pills!
This is well known in the medical literature but hidden from doctors and patients! The current guidelines for vitamin D levels are based on commercial interests. And the warning alarms have been sounding!
For example, as shown by a Straight Talk reader, “The Endocrine Society’s new 2024 guidelines represent one of the most significant "reversals" in modern medical nutrition, essentially dismantling the framework they built in 2011!
